BEFORE GETTING STARTED WITH REGISTRATION
We have prepared a document that you can use to gather each group member's information prior to registering.
! Prior to proceeding, please allow yourself time to gather all necessary information from each registrant using this help document.
You are encouraged to utilize this help document to ensure a smoother registration process.
FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 5: Once you complete your form, email it to registrations@amshq.org. Do not use the online form.
GROUPS OF 5 OR FEWER: You may use the online form below once you have collected all of your information. You may also email your form if you prefer.
Please note that merchandise included in this spreadsheet (t-shirts and commemorative pins) should only be selected by in-person attendees, as they are available for pick-up only.
In person attendance includes all benefits of Virtual Attendance, including access to Virtual Attendee Hub via the web and mobile app.
*An AMS Adult Learner Member is a person currently enrolled in an AMS-affiliated teacher education program.
